Heliport-M Airlines was established on August 3, 2015, and is the first company in Russia to receive a certificate from the operator of the Federal Air Transport Agency, which gives the right to carry out commercial transportation of passengers by light helicopters.

- passengers must have their identity document with them
- passengers must read the Terms of Carriage.
- check-in for flights ends 30 minutes before departure.
- transportation of children under 3 years of age and minor children
- unaccompanied by parents (guardians) is agreed with the Airline.
- passengers are advised to arrive at the point of departure in advance.
